AVPE offers a full sub-contract manufacturing service up to 300mm for CNC turned components and 1500mm for CNC milled components. We are particularly skilled at managing sub-contractors for special operations in order to supply complete parts. This service can range from sourcing raw materials to finished sub-assembly - working to specific customer specifications.

We have a dedicated quality control / inspection capability which features CMM equipment with full CNC capability. This also allows us to reverse engineer components when required.

All production documentation has full traceability from material certification, and process certification to delivery.

Working with our sister company James White Engineering Limited enables us to offer a much wider range of engineering services. JWE is a specialist precision sheet metal and fabrication sub-contractor to the Primes and Tier 1 Defence, Medical and Aerospace OEMs.
