Apprenticeships
AVPE views an apprenticeship as a long term career development commitment and is willing to investment in our Apprentices' long term future.
Apprentices undertake a nationally recognised programme run by the British Engineering Manufacturers Association (BEMA) which leads to the NVQ3 qualification. Individual training plans for each Apprentice take around 3-4 years, which includes working in different areas of the factory with day release facilities. Individual courses depend on previous academic achievement at GCSE level. However, we place equal value on a genuine interest in and aptitude for engineering.
If you are interested in an apprenticeship with AVPE, then please email clark.iles@avonvalley-eng.co.uk or write to us stating your name, address and phone number and we will send you an application form.
